@horseshu, I'm taking one day at a time. I'm walking the fine line here, when my weight goes above 145.5 I'll be "overweight". So today I'm still "normal", I mean BMI-wise 😄😄😄

@Amanda, I choose to skip this time because these days I don't have much will power. Meanwhile I'm not sure which WOE I should follow going forward. Each day I'm experimenting eating more carbs or more protein but at the same time I don't want to cut back on fat. All at the same time trying to not go over my RDI.
