Have enjoyed the support of Weight watchers but I believe my body needs keto again so (besides the pasta I had at midnight) I am now back on track.
How does one add a journal entry without pics or weigh in?
176.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 18 September 2017:

I still had to go through weigh in screen to make a journal entry.

Go to your profile (click your picture) and it'll say something like journal entry at the top under your followers/following. Click the journal entry and there ya go. Now this is for the app not sure for full site. :)
