I didn't do too good on these mini challenges because of fasting days. Though the fast was easy enough, I experienced so much more fatigue than usual. I think being outside in the heat was a contributor. But I did lose some weight and I was able to rid my closet of a few clothes.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
