68.1kg 22.7 body fat. Pretty good result considering yesterday's Sunday brunch and my wife's delicious banana bread (3 big slices, thank you).
In real terms, it's less than 1 pound gained after a very enjoyable day. So, no complaints...
150.1 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
