How you weigh when scale needs calibration: lay on your back, with the scale on your feet! PS are you sharing your food?! (breakfast envy)

@ Moon - Great idea...for the scale. I share my food, but I am on a 18/6 intermittent-fast cycle. I only eat 2 small meals within the 6 hr window. The meals don't seem to imitate breakfast fare...but you might like. Really having fun with the Keto recipies.
