Getting there... Got to stay on track! I almost started crying last night thinking about how long it's been since I ate bread and how much I miss it (I later laughed at myself for getting so upset, hahaha).
175.0 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
