Started back on this lifestyle 3 days ago and already lost all the water weight. It's so encouraging those first few days seeing the numbers change!
Now to prepare myself for the slower weight loss to come.
Today is arm day at the gym 💪. Definitely my LEAST favorite day but I'm striving for overall fitness and health so it has to be done! Hoping to keep up a steady loss of about 3 lbs per week... We'll see what I can do!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
