And then my wonderful, gentle, very loving boycat accidentally (I hope!) pushed a very large painting over The top wood beam landed with a loud thud on the top of my skull. Ow. Hubs has ordered me not to drive or go walking until he gets home.

Boycat came up with his "I'm sorry!" look and gently whapped my face with his tail. How can I be angry at that?? 😊💟🐱

231.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
