Yay! Of course, I know that I won't be losing weight this quickly after a few days, but getting back on the diet and paying more attention (dare I say "being more mindful" though I think of Oprah when I say it) to what I am eating is doing it.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
