broke fast saturday and sunday ate lots of peanuts dont want any more---four pieces small of pound cake two burgers and one steak---BACK TO WATER AND JUICE IF POSSIBLE
180.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.5 lb a week
