day started 1.sunday evening 2.monday (relapse) 3,tues 4.wed 5.thursday 6.friday


switched to no veggies for awhile just trying to hang in till relapee from fast succumbes to social pressure---only hunger when i look at cake

but avoided it last night
177.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
