Water Fast Day #2
I'm retaining some water after my 7.5 days of Dry Fast but it was expected.
I have very high traces of ketosis this morning at 150mg/dL - good to know that I'm burning fat at high pace.
TGIF!
134.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
