Back in the 140's. Yay! After having some major diet setbacks I am focused on my goal. Full steam ahead - the trick for me seems to be keeping lots of fresh veggies, fruit and zero point vegetable soup on the ready in the fridge. And managing my stress better which I am working on.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
