Smoothie for breakfast Salad and fruit for lunch Nuts and fruit as snacks Fun dinners ( tonight: vegetable shepard's pie) Always have sides for dinners ( for example salad and fruit, or salad and soup) No food after 7pm Drink tons of water/ water with lemon.
