I broke my dry fast yesterday with some coconut water, now I have only some traces of ketosis....of course with all that sugar.
I gained 600gr but I'm sure is all water retention.
Today I'll continue with some coconut water and water lemon, tomorrow I'll re-feed with some Bone Broth.
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
