This is probably more accurate because my period is almost over. I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday, but this week I'm going to do it to see how my period/any other factors effect my weight, I will still be watching my diet though so maybe it will continue to go down just in smaller increments. I'll be doing it in the morning at about the same time.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
