I have been doing fairly well. I have been mentally tracking my food, although I should get back to logging it. Although I like to keep a positive spin on this process, most of my recent successes have been negatives: I did NOT eat the cookies my daughter left on the car seat next to me when she went into rehearsal. I did NOT order a beer nor dessert when we went out to eat. I did NOT grab that candy bar that was calling out to me in the line at the grocery store. I have definitely not been perfect, but I have been getting exercise daily and I am finally coming around to making better choices.

We go on a two week vacation in just over a week, so I need to get my mind in the right place for that...
168.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop, Izzy. And great job on the exercise and crappy carb avoidance. So while you're on vacation, don't feel obligated to eat even half your plate at dinner, or even to eat 3 squares at all. Nothing wrong with just fruit and nuts and yogurt for breakfast or a small salad for lunch. Just remember that we tend to eat more than we exercise off while on vacation.
