My good intentions were derailed this week by an unexpected house-guest and I put catching up with an old friend ahead of calorie counting. Had red wine, pasta and lots of cheese... Tried to bring it back after they left on Tuesday, but ate roughly 5500kj instead of the 4700kj I was aiming for the rest of the week. Recon it's winter and I'm just doing that horrible comfort eating thing so I'm quite relieved to see the scale has not increased. Will try to further minimise the damage over the weekend. A bit disappointed by the lack of progress this month, but 'môre is nog 'n dag'.
139.3 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
