Need to ramp up the exercise this week - had a week of ferrying kids around and sports where I was sitting in a chair watching games - need to get going!!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You seem to be trending sideways in a range between approximately 150 and 155. I would try to decisively break through 150 and have my eye on the 130s. Keep up the good work Megan!

My goal is the 130's but I seem to sabotage myself everytime... today is a new day...

Just keep at it, you will begin in earnest when you are good and ready. :-) In the meantime, I doubt that you will do yourself any serious harm, but *try* to stay under 155.
