Very bad calorie day yesterday - up 2 pounds - off the charts -
Fasting day today. Hoping to go in auto-reverse. Other than that all things are good...
152.8 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 March 2010:
847 kcal Fat: 21.35g | Prot: 22.71g | Carb: 113.46g.   Breakfast: psyllium husks powder, Fiber One Bran cereal, sweet and low, coffee, Fat free milk. Lunch: bacos, Mixed Salad Greens, fat free sun dried tomato dressing. Dinner: vodka. Snacks/Other: sunflower seeds davids. more...

Don't worry too much about the 2 pound gain in two days. I was up 2 and half pounds last week and 4 days of dedicational healthy non- processed dieting has put be back down 2 pounds. I think some of it was water weight as there is no way I lost 2 pounds in 4 days. Even if I was sick I don't lose that much.
