I know weighing myself every day is a bit obsessive! I have been wanting to gauge my body's reaction to hardly-any-carbs day by day.

I know I am "supposed to" eat the total amount of calories allotted each day, but some days I just am full and don't want to force myself. When I DO force myself, I see a spike in weight for however long that happens. What I am figuring is my body now is just telling me "Nope, nope - don't need more fuel right now. Have enough in the storage tanks on your hips."

"Listen to what your body is telling you" is something I've heard over and over. So that's what I am going to do for right now. I'm sure as I (finally) get back walking a lot and start going to the gym and all that my body will begin to let me know it wants more food. I'll happily give it more food then! But until thenI'll stop trying to top off the gas tank after it's told me it's already full. :)
235.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
