30 minutes on bike and 20 minutes 3.5 walk on treadmill.
Weight slowly coming back down... Raining today so no
run but we definitely need the rain so that's okay!!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
