I've started working out more and past two days using weights. I expect for my weight loss to slow dramatically which i'm cool with as long as I'm firming up. So i'm assuming that possibly the 2 extra pounds I carrying is water but again i'm cool with that.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

Yes, I would think your muscles are retaining water right now. Good for you for having the right attitude. Building muscle and toning will help you in the long run. The more muscle you have the easier maintaining will be.
