Got discouraged recently. Went to tj max and saw a size I didn't like in the mirror. Ate badly last night afterwards because I was sad and almost gave up hope.
Weighed myself today to see good news! I'm almost in the 150s!!! When I'm in the 140s I look fantastic. So glad that I'm almost there!
My goal is to keep my weight between 120 and 130
120s here I come!!! Full speed ahead!! :)
