Finally dared to weigh myself after nearly a month. April was a wreck, as far as the diet went. I'm 164, after my last 163 weigh in weeks ago, so I feel decent. It just takes timetimetime... Wish I could just deny my love of food and eating larger portions, damn it.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
