I didnt go over the amount of carbs I wanted to take in last night and the same with my calories. Im sure im still going up and down with my weight tho. well find out tomorrow. I feel better though. I don't have the sick spells anymore and I have energy. Its not as hard to get up in the morning anymore. Just harder to sit in a chair at school all day lol.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
