Packing to leave for weekend - half marathon tomorrow - yikes! Goal was to be 145 for race day but I'm going at 151 - have a great weekend everyone - see you on Monday!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
