I'm doing the Flat Belly diet. There are three rules to this diet:

1 - keep each meal to 400 calories
2 - do not let more than 4 hours go between meals
3 - have a monounsaturated fat (MUFA) with each meal
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
