4 mile run at park - 4 miles WAH
Crazy day - thinking about buying a house on my brothers street - been living in my house
for 16 years so this would be a major change. Talking to owner on Monday - must avoide stress
eating in the meantime...
Half marathon - 2 days
151.4 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
