so I have had a bad couple of weeks and has resulted in me putting 5lbs on. not what i wanted with 10weeks to go to my holiday.
My head is back in it now and i can drop 19lbs in that time at 2lbs a week. I CAN DO IT!!
243.7 lb Lost so far: 45.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! 10 weeks = 70 days I find counting down in days to a big event keeps me on the straight and narrow
