Ugh! It's not too surprising, just sad. I have been eating like crap.

Today is the first day. No worries about the past. I'm making plans to get back to a healthier lifestyle. I tried IF, but that only works if you continue to do it, which I found difficult. I just need to be mindful of what I eat, not just for a day here or there, but every single day.

So, of course, today is the pizza fundraiser for the kids' band... 😕
171.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im so glad my grandaughters quit girl scouts... no cookies here this year...but pizza is always a fave of the kiddies....good luck...you'll be back down in no time!

Good luck with the fundraiser! The trainer at work always reminds me that my first line of defense (and the most influential component of weight management) is what I put in my mouth. If I don't eat it in the first place, I don't have to excercise it off later. Here is to today and doing the best thing for you!
