Water Fast Day #3
surprisingly I have small traces of ketosis this morning at 1.5mg/dL
it's hard this time fasting but I want to try to do my best as much as I can
130.7 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
