i am on an eating binge - quantity!!!
118.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Quantity is good, I like quantity. Today I reread the Wikipedia article on compulsive eating though, and your post caught my eye. Great job at weighing in daily, and you are definitely on a downtrend...
