Still on track - yesterday was wine and chocolate festival but I was very good -
new month starts this week - half marathon next Saturday - don't know if I feel
ready.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
