I just want to post an update on the low carb diet, it's not working for me, I find myself eating more than I would have trying to keep my carbs low and I'm also more hungry with this approach. Reducing my calories have been far less intrusive then stressing over how many apples and oranges I can have in a day. I like pasta and I love bread and j don't want to permanently feel guilty every time I moderately have any. I also like fruit and yogurt also full of carbs. I find myself having nothing to eat. I'm miserable. I'm not a big fan of meat and frankly eating a select group of low carb/no carb veggies is boring for me. Going back to what works for me. Everybody on this board has to do what works for them period without judgement. At the end of the day this is a lifestyle change that you have to be able to accept. Cutting back 200-400 calories a day while on a 16/8 fast isn't hard for me, it's what works so please do t judge what my intake is if it works for me.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
