So I'm weighing in today at 145.3, down 3.8lbs! Woo hoo! Starting incorporating some lite weight lifting activities but haven't been able to hit gym. Had some failures with fasting based on busy schedules but for the most part maintaining a 16/8 fast consistently. No alcohol since last weigh in either which likely helped. Reading up on how to go to a low carb approach vs low calorie. Reducing carbs will certainly be challenging but I will try.
145.3 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can go low carb, if I can anyone can, I was Carb QUEEN I swear and am so happy with the results of very low carb lifestyle! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! Won't say it wasn't hard, but SOOOO worth it!

Im doing low carb on my down days and I find it pretty easy.. just meat and vegetables. From my understanding carbs and sugar cause the pancreas to release insulin which in turn makes you more hungry. I can 'feel' the lack of sugar on DDs and sometimes it does tend to put my mood off a bit, but because I know that is the cause I can deal with it without getting too crabby lol.
