I ate too much for my birthday dinner (well, all day, really), and tanked my weight another pound or two up. *sigh* Ain't gonna weigh in for another week or two, because why should I get myself down?

On another note, I'm starting walking 4, maybe 5 day a week again...but THIS time I'm listening to my back and sciatic left leg. And if they bug my again, I'm going to readjust my walking time/amount again. I will NOT live with constant pain just to lose weight.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
