Okay, so I'm not doing the astronaut thing like I intended - got sidetracked by other health issues, but I HAVE stepped up my exercise. I'm taking the stairs more often at work (I deliver parcels for a living) and I've taken the dog out for a run a few times. And I've been doing the Wii thing almost every day. I'm really starting to appreciate the weight training and yoga in addition to the cardio stuff. So I think I'm doing okay. I'm not losing any weight, but I'm fitting my jeans a lot better. I think the pounds will start showing up soon. Bye!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
