2016 kcal Fat: 77.17g | Prot: 74.47g | Carb: 172.87g.   Breakfast: General Mills Cheerios Protein Oats & Honey, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee-Mate Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Hardee's Fried Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, GFS Scalloped Potatoes. Dinner: Butter, Daisy Sour Cream, Red Table Wine, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Edy's Grand Ice Cream - Mint Chocolate Chip, V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). more...
