Bad food day - thinking about a fast day - at very least low cal day just to make up for the guilt of what I ate yesterday - everytime I stop being diligent I fall apart - shouldn't this be a habit of second nature by now!!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
