Well today is day 1. Tracking my intake after 15 hour fast ( was suppose to go 17 hrs). Baby steps. New to site but so far loving the community support!
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
