I too have a thyroid issue. first off, look up cabbage and thyroid. We cant eat it raw (which I LOVE)and it also includes raw broccoli/cauliflower. It has to be heated to a certain temp otherwise our thyroid meds are canceled out. As for your scale: try these tips: have a healthy protein snack 1 hr. before bed and make sure your drinking your water as soon as you wake up too. Why? because you need to fuel your body metabolism through the night to not starve and store. I keep a water bottle on my night stand. Try it for a week and let me know how you feel.
