I'm going to break my fast today with some bone broth, but just because I have a formal dinner tonight....where I hope I can have only a salad. After that I will continue on fasting ,maybe with the Bone Broth, not sure if I would feel really hungry.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
