Today I have moderate ketosis and I'm going to break the Dry Fast with a Water Fast starting to drink some distilled water slowly through the day.
Happy weekend everyone!
127.9 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
