Soft Dry Fast Day #2 I'm not in ketosis yet this morning, I hoped to be in sooner this time around but I guess I will need to wait till tomorrow. Energy level is a bit low in the evening, but I slept very well. Maybe once into ketosis I'll feel a bit more energetic. TGIF!!
