I was at 240...From Thursday 5 (January) to today I have lost 10 lbs in 10-11 days. The first 10 lbs are always the easiest (not easy). I feel tired. I'm not hungry anymore. It is the Atkins. But I also have a vicious pain in my esophagus when I swallow...that depresses me. It started with an insistent heartburn, and now it hurts when I eat or drink. So from now on, hopefully, I will do an average 1-2lb per week.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
