Not a good way to start a challenge - I've been in bed with a migrane headache for 2 days. I find that one thing that eases the pain is plain carbs like chicken noodle soup and rice (I think the simple sugars somehow help), so I've strayed from Atkins big time. The pain is going away so I should be able to get back on track by tomorrow. Ah well. Even the shuttle launch was delayed so I guess I'm in good company.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Next time you are feeling like this try clear chicken broth. You would be surprised to find it wasn't the noodles that you needed. Just the sodium and fluids. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.
