Well, I shouldn't have eaten that much. It's mostly stress. I don't know how it works for you guys, but when I'm nervous, I eat a lot, even though I'm not especially hungry, and I know I shouldn't, until I'm less nervous. It's terrible to see that I managed to gain 2kg in 2 weeks. From now on, I'll try to get back on track.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
