My husband took me out to dinner last night. I decided not to worry so much about carbs, but did opt for things that weren't too bad, and watched how much I ate. Dinner was all I even ate yesterday, besides a slice of cheese and coffee. I just wasn't very hungry at all.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
