steve wilkerson reminded me that low calorie diets dont work...he and james and spencer were discussing this in light of how good food tastes and the importance of excercise..
it just hit me between the eys that could happen to me if i stray from my diet....this was a very bad day for me...ate lots of meat and was very hungrey for fat and protein...got to be careful or will be back where i was.........very important to me to go back to starvation diet
